The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1jjj. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances and further action as appropriate:
Zero tolerance: Match-fixing related activity is taken especially seriously. Any account found to be placing bets related to pre-arranged outcomes will be immediately suspended and reported. This applies to all sports including Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports.
1jjj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for suspension include:
If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach, any balance may be held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 1jjj support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures and identity verification requirements.
